 ERROLD HERROLD & CO. was formed by brothers Don and Jack Herrold in 1983. Don had come from a larger tax-based practice, and Jack from a smaller firm, and thus the brothers Herrold banded together with a vision of forming and developing a law firm of reputable quality and integrity and yet approachable character.
From its humble beginnings to its still-humble attitude nearly 20 years later, Herrold Herrold & Co. has developed into a full-service firm whose attorneys provide a broad spectrum of representation in the business, litigation and estate planning fields of practice, to an equally diverse base of individual and business clients from around the nation.
Our lawyers’ focus is upon you, the client, to zealously represent your interests to the fullest measure allowed by law. We do this, however, while also maintaining a "small-firm" approach which we find fosters communication between attorneys and clients and meets clients’ needs in the most efficient way possible. Our mix of honest advice and down-to-earth candor provide our clients with a critical but realistic appraisal of the situations they face as we strive to follow the most practical and cost-effective courses of action available to best protect their interests.
