David H. Herrold

David H. Herrold is a member of the firm. He is a 1996 graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law with a diverse practice emphasizing banking and commercial law, litigation and bankruptcy, as well as business organization, business transactions and estate planning. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin where he majored in, of all things, Spanish language. Needless to say, while at UT he became (and still is) a die-hard Longhorn fan, meaning that the Texas–OU games each October have become ‘significant events’ in his family and with close friends.

David enjoys running, swimming, water recreation on the area lakes and most importantly, spending time with his wife, Amy, and their three boys. David is a member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma and American Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in and governing Oklahoma.
