Mark A. Waller is an associate with the firm. He is a 1991 graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law who practices primarily in the areas of labor and employment, commercial litigation, structured gas and power transactions, and related energy law. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Tulsa in 1980. In addition to his experience in private practice, Mark was previously an in-house Senior Attorney with The Williams Companies, Inc., handling labor and employment matters for three years, and supporting the energy marketing and trading subsidiary for two years.
Mark enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing and falconry, which he has practiced since childhood. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and family, baseball, motor sports and coaching his youngest son’s sports teams. When he has time, he still produces a limited number of commissioned wildlife paintings and illustrations. Mark is admitted to practice before all state courts in Oklahoma, the federal district courts located in Tulsa and Muskogee, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
